What is included
Standard house cleaning is maintenance, not restoration. It keeps a home that is already in reasonable shape looking and feeling clean, and it is the right service for most households most of the time.
It covers the surfaces you see and touch every day: kitchens and bathrooms properly, floors throughout, dusting at reachable height, mirrors and glass, beds made, trash out.
What it does not cover is the inside of things. Inside the oven, inside cabinets, behind the refrigerator, window tracks, baseboards scrubbed by hand. That is deep cleaning, and it is a different job with a different time budget.
We will tell you which one you need. If a standard clean will do, we are not going to sell you the bigger one.
How often
The honest answer depends on the household, not on a package. Here is roughly how it breaks down for homes on the Peninsula.
Families with young children, pets, or a home that is used all day. The clean never falls far behind, so each visit stays short.
