So what is really being purchased is not cleaning. It is the confidence that on Monday the office will be ready, every Monday, without anyone on your team having to check.
That is a staffing question as much as a cleaning one. It needs trained people, insurance that satisfies your building and your own risk policy, and someone who answers the phone when something changes.
We work outside your hours by default. Nobody should be cleaning under a desk while somebody is sitting at it.
