Our regular routes run the length of the Peninsula and up into San Francisco. Coverage is not the same as convenience, so if your address sits at the edge of a route, ask — scheduling sometimes decides it.

Before the first visit
Homes are straightforward. Buildings are not, and the Peninsula and San Francisco have plenty of buildings.
Managed buildings commonly require a certificate of insurance before letting a vendor upstairs, and many high-rises want the service elevator reserved — sometimes a week or two ahead. Some restrict the hours vendors may work at all.
None of that is a problem when we know in advance. It becomes a problem at the front desk on the day. So we ask early, and we handle it once rather than every visit. There is more detail on the apartment and condo page.
