What we do
Different jobs with genuinely different time budgets. The most common mistake is buying the big one when the small one would have done, or the reverse.
The regular clean for a home that is already in reasonable shape. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the surfaces you touch every day.
Inside appliances and cabinets, baseboards by hand, grout, blinds and window tracks. Once or twice a year for most homes.
Cleaned to the standard the lease describes, so the conversation about the deposit is a short one.
Weekly, every other week or monthly. A written standard and a team that already knows your home.

How to choose
Most people arrive knowing they want the house cleaned and not knowing which service that means. It usually comes down to three questions.
When was it last cleaned properly? If the answer is more than six months, or never professionally, start with a deep clean and move to a regular schedule afterwards.
Is anything about to change? Moving out, moving in, or handing back keys means move-out cleaning, which is a different job with a different checklist.
Do you want to stop thinking about it? Then the question is not which service but which frequency, and that is recurring cleaning.
